The Consultation — We Learn Your Goals

You sit down with Coach Karl or one of our coaches before you ever touch the mat. We want to know why you're here — what you want to achieve, where you're starting from, and what's gotten in the way before. This isn't a sales pitch. It's a conversation. Everything we build is based on what you tell us here.

Week One

Your Custom Program Is Built

Based on your consultation, we put together your six-week plan. Which discipline you'll train. What your nutrition framework looks like. What your weekly accountability check-ins cover. If you're a parent enrolling a child, we tailor the program around their development goals. If you're an adult, we target your specific fitness, performance, or competition objective.

Train. Track. Adjust.

You train. We track. Every week includes a weigh-in and check-in — we measure weight, body fat percentage, and muscle mass so we can see real progress and make adjustments. Your accountability coach stays in your corner the entire time. This isn't a drop-in class. It's a guided program with someone watching your numbers and keeping you honest.

After Six Weeks

Review Your Results & Set Your Next Goals

At the end of six weeks, we sit down again. We review everything you achieved, talk through what clicked, and map out where you want to go from here. Your goals evolve — and your program should too. This conversation is about building on what you've started, not wrapping it up.

Do I need any experience to start the 6-week program?
None at all. The 6-week program is specifically designed for people who are starting from zero. That's the whole point of the consultation — we find out exactly where you are and build from there. You don't need to know anything about martial arts before you walk in the door.
Is the program the same for everyone?
No — and that's the most important thing to understand. Every 6-week program is custom-built around the individual. A parent enrolling a 7-year-old who needs discipline gets a completely different program than an adult who wants to lose 20 pounds. A high school wrestler prepping for their season gets a different program than someone who's never trained before. The consultation is where we figure out which version you need.
What does the nutrition guidance actually look like?
We provide a structured calorie-deficit meal plan with portion control guidance — not a rigid diet, but a clear, realistic framework you can actually follow. We also give you home workout options to supplement your mat training. For wrestlers and competitive athletes, we can structure the nutrition around weight management and peak performance. It's practical, not complicated.
What happens after the 6 weeks are up?
We sit back down with you. We review your results together — what changed, what you achieved, how you feel. At that point, most people choose to continue with a year membership because by then the training is part of their routine. But there's no pressure before that conversation. You complete six weeks, you see real results, and then you decide what's next.
Is this program right for my child?
We work with kids from age 4 through high school. The youth program is about more than martial arts — it's about building the cognitive and emotional skills that make kids better students, better friends, and better people.
