You fill out a quick form and pick a time on our calendar. We confirm within 24 hours and get you in within 48. Our team will reach out to introduce themselves and let you know exactly what to expect when you arrive.
You sit down with Coach Karl or one of our coaches before you ever touch the mat. We want to know why you're here — what you want to achieve, where you're starting from, and what's gotten in the way before. This isn't a sales pitch. It's a conversation. Everything we build is based on what you tell us here.
Based on your consultation, we put together your six-week plan. Which discipline you'll train. What your nutrition framework looks like. What your weekly accountability check-ins cover. If you're a parent enrolling a child, we tailor the program around their development goals. If you're an adult, we target your specific fitness, performance, or competition objective.
You train. We track. Every week includes a weigh-in and check-in — we measure weight, body fat percentage, and muscle mass so we can see real progress and make adjustments. Your accountability coach stays in your corner the entire time. This isn't a drop-in class. It's a guided program with someone watching your numbers and keeping you honest.
At the end of six weeks, we sit down again. We review everything you achieved, talk through what clicked, and map out where you want to go from here. Your goals evolve — and your program should too. This conversation is about building on what you've started, not wrapping it up.
