Wrestling builds toughness faster than almost anything else. It's physical, mental, and technical — and Coach Karl has the credentials to prove what's possible when young athletes commit to it.
Ages 5 through high school · Beginners welcome · We confirm in 24 hours
Coach Karl spent 8 years as a collegiate wrestling coach producing elite-level athletes. That same standard — the same drills, the same mental toughness framework, the same attention to technique — is what every youth wrestler at NoWorries Academy trains under.
Most wrestlers who walk through our doors have never stepped on a mat before — and that's exactly who this program is built for. Since opening in 2023, our high school side alone has produced 7 state champions and 24 state placers. Whether your child is brand new to the sport or chasing a state title, they're training under a coach who has built champions at every level.
Learn About Coach Karl →Our wrestlers train all three styles — folkstyle, freestyle, and Greco-Roman — building a complete, well-rounded base. For our youngest athletes, we focus first on motor skills, positioning, and body awareness before layering in technique. And through it all, our core values and leadership program shape who they're becoming as individuals, not just as competitors.
If your high schooler is a competitive wrestler looking for elite off-season or in-season training, NoWorries Academy is where they need to be. Coach Karl's background producing 11 All-Americans and 1 National Champion at the collegiate level means your athlete is getting coaching most high school programs can't come close to.
We work with high school wrestlers on technique refinement, competition strategy, strength and conditioning, and nutrition for weight management. This isn't rec league wrestling. This is serious development for serious athletes.
